Controlled pilot terms
Controlled pilot information · 28 October 2026
Before activation
Relate is operated by B&B Consulting LLC, Sharjah Media City (Shams) Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, trade licence 2646844.01. Each external pilot requires a separate written pilot agreement and data-processing terms identifying the business, authorised users, scope, start date and instructions. Visiting this page or creating an account does not execute that agreement.
Scope and responsibilities
The pilot covers the email inquiry functions agreed for the business’s workspace. The business must have authority to connect its accounts, supply customer data and send the requested communications. It supplies accurate approved answers and qualification rules, supervises the pilot and appoints a person to handle escalations. No spam, unlawful communications or decisions about access to essential services are permitted.
AI replies and qualification scores may be wrong. Scores are not purchase probabilities. Users must not rely on the pilot for guaranteed revenue, uninterrupted service, legal advice or critical decisions. Managers can pause the agent; contact support for assistance.
Duration, limits and support
New customer trials are configured for 14 days. Continued service, charges and any changed limits require a separate agreement; there is no automatic paid conversion. Current operational pilot limits include 100 new inquiries and 20 send attempts per workspace per rolling 24 hours, including internal handovers. AI usage is subject to the shared pilot allowance and availability. A limit may pause processing.
Support: info@tradingerpconsulting.com, weekdays 09:00–17:00 Europe/London. No response-time SLA or 24/7 support is included unless separately agreed. Google or other provider restrictions can interrupt access.
Data and ending the pilot
The privacy notice explains data use and retention. Processing stops at trial expiry; active workspace data is scheduled for deletion 90 days later. Original provider records and shared login identities are separate. Either party can request that the pilot stop; the business should revoke connections and request export or deletion through support. Commercial liability, applicable law and processing/transfer terms must be agreed in the written pilot agreement before external activation.
